Yes. We hold ourselves to a high standard and we hold our vendors to the same. Our expectations are outlined in our Vendor Code of Conduct, which can be found here

Prospective PURE HomeRiver vendors must provide the following as part of the onboarding process:
  • Proof of licensed business entity and ownership
  • Proof of insurance
  • Background check
  • Signed W-9
  • Applicable licenses (if required by the local state/city/county)
  • Signed Vendor Agreement and Vendor Code of Conduct
A member of the PURE HomeRiver team will work with you to collect these documents and facilitate onboarding.
Vendors are required to submit invoices to PURE HomeRiver through our maintenance software. Once received, they are processed promptly and payment is remitted by the required due date.
